Description

Our sticky sublimation paper is a versatile transfer paper specifically designed for the sublimation printing process. Sublimation printing utilizes heat and pressure to transfer dye onto various materials such as fabrics, ceramics, and metals.

The distinguishing feature of our sticky sublimation paper is the adhesive layer on one side. This adhesive layer ensures that the paper firmly adheres to the material during the transfer process, eliminating the risk of shifting and resulting in blurry or distorted images.

To use the sticky sublimation paper, simply print your design in reverse using a sublimation printer and sublimation ink. Then, place the printed design face-down onto the material, securing it with heat-resistant tape. The material and paper are then inserted into a heat press, where they undergo high heat and pressure. This process causes the ink to transfer from the paper to the material, creating vibrant and long-lasting prints.

We offer the option of customizing the length of rolls according to your requirements, ensuring utmost flexibility. The available range for roll lengths is as follows:

1. For weights exceeding 65 GSM, the roll length can be customized anywhere between 100 meters and 10,000 meters.
2. For weights below 65 GSM, the roll length can be customized within the range of 100 meters to 15,000 meters.
